Poppyseed Dressing

Spring and Summer are near when this dressing makes an appearance in our home. I love this dressing most in a chicken salad with strawberries, walnuts, and a salty cheese.

Poppyseed Dressing

Bright balance of sweet and acidic that goes beautifully on a strawberry salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Neutral oil Could try with olive oil or a mix of olive and neutral
  • 1/4 Cup White wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated sugar Can even go up to 4 Tbsp depending on sweetness preferences
  • 1 Tbsp Poppyseeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar with lid.
  • Shake well until emulsified and enjoy on your favorite salad!
